We are offering you another great opportunity to reach your target audience - to advertise in our E-bulletin, which is sent every Monday to 1500 e-mail addresses of senior managers, ministries and embassies. In order to avoid commercializing the E-bulletin, the space available will be limited and on a first-come first-served basis. The price of one-time announcement is
