AmCham Talents 2017

Date: March 2nd, 2017 - November 30th, 2017

Place: Hotel Esplanade Zagreb

Contributing to Croatia’s future by developing talented, ethical, open-minded business leaders

AmCham is pleased to announce that the 5th generation of the AmCham Talents started in March 2017.

AmCham Talents program was initiated in 2013 with a goal of developing leadership skills of promising young business professionals. So far more than 250 young talents participated in the program and gained valuable knowledge from 40 distinguished speakers.

Young professionals recognized as high potential employees within their companies usually have opportunities for postgraduate education and trainings, but lack practical experience and opportunity to develop their soft skills by learning directly from leaders in different industries. This program hopes to bridge this gap and contribute to the personal & career development of such employees through a series of interactive sessions by prominent leaders and networking opportunities with their peers.

We invite you to visit our YouTube page to listen to the speakers’ statements and top candidate interviews. In addition, you can take a look at 2016 program as well as event summaries and photos of different lectures and final event on our web page.

The AmCham Talents 2017 program will feature:
• 10 events
• Competition for the AmCham Talent of the Year – the participants collect points (attendance, team paper, individual paper). The best three candidates will hold a speech and participate in the panel discussion at the final event.
