Following continued advocacy efforts starting in 2011,
AmCham met with the former Minister of Finance Boris Lalovac to present its
members’ views on the importance of binding tax opinions for ensuring a more
stable fiscal environment for business wishing to invest or already doing
business in Croatia. In April, binding tax opinions were introduced in the
General Tax Act.
