At our conferences the goal is to gather domestic and foreign experts from areas related to quality and to share knowledge and ideas about how quality can contribute to the development of modern society and increase the competitiveness of our organizations.
The conference will be held under the slogan:

With this slogan, we want to emphasize the importance of a life cycle of quality in its entirety: from defining goals and roles of quality to creating organizational excellence and success – which means customer satisfaction. In accordance with the slogan, the themes are grouped into three areas: quality, excellence and success.
We invite you to contribute, by joining us, to the value of this gathering and, indirectly, to continuous improvement in the quality of organizations and society as a whole.
Given the modern trends of digitization and modernization of all segments of society and business, this year (and henceforth) we focus on the application of modern technologies and their impact on the creation of quality in products and services.
We will host a number of lecturers from the fields of management systems and application of modern technologies in management-system processes. We are especially happy to highlight our invited lecturers: Dr Ernest Vlačić, Prof Valentina Marinković, Asst Prof Ahmed Novo MD, Dr Nenad Injac, Prof Marijana Hruškar, Prof Ivica Veža, Natalija Fink and Assoc Prof Krešimir Buntak.
