He is also professor of Leadership and Organizational Change at the IMD Business School in Switzerland and Co-Founder of Genesis, a global leadership development consultancy based in Boston, MA.
Brenda Steinberg is senior executive coach and facilitator and an expert in leadership transitions with over 30 years of experience. She is also a coach for executive education programs at IMD and taught individual and group effectiveness course at the University of Lausanne for Executive MBA students. Brenda is former member of faculty at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, University of Medicine and Dentistry.
