Boardroom Discussions - Becoming Data Driven Company

At the fifth session of the “Boardroom Discussions – Digital Transformation from CEO Perspective” program, Mr. Dražen Oreščanin, President of the Board, Poslovna Inteligencija, gave introductory speech on becoming data driven company.

There are many different paths and scenarios how companis can transform and become digital. In any case, that process starts with analysis of existing business processes, products, sales and communication channels and identification of threats and opportunities. In many cases opportunities are based on data analytics and data monetization for creation of new revenue streams – company that are becoming digital very often are also becoming data driven. At this session recommendations how to become data driven as well as several successful examples were shared.
