DESCRIPTION:Croatian Tax Authorities are regularly performing tax audits focusing on transactions between related parties and applicable transfer pricing aspects. Following global developments, it is expected that the interest of the Croatian Tax Authorities for this area will further increase.

EU legislative developments and CJEU rulings have a significant effect on the day-to-day operations of Croatian companies. Croatian Tax Authorities are closely monitoring all EU developments and are in practice, amongst other, referring to CJEU decisions.
