MODE OF WORK
The AmCham Talents 2024 program will feature:
- 10 events
- Competition for the AmCham Talent of the Year – participants collect points (attendance, team paper, individual paper). The best three candidates will hold a speech and participate in the panel discussion at the final event.

Sessions:
- Depending on the speakers and the topic, the lecture can consists of a presentation, interview with the speaker/speakers and participant engagement through discussion and exercises
- The speakers will share their personal experience

Timeline: March 2024 – December 2024
Time: 17:30-19-30
Place: Hotel Esplanade Zagreb

Participants: Employees of members 25-35 years of age
