The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, in cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Economy and the Avitus Group, organized an event where a group of experts gave information to representatives of Croatian companies on ways they can enter the US market.
Ivan Barbarić, Vice President, Croatian Chamber of Economy, Andrea Doko Jelušić, Executive Director, American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia and H.E. W. Robert Kohorst, U.S. Ambassador to Croatia gave welcome remarks. In their speeches, they agreed that the US market is a great challenge but also an opportunity for Croatian entrepreneurs.The inclusion of Croatian citizens in the Visa Waiver Program and the signing of the Double Taxation Treaty between Croatia and the USA would contribute to stronger economic cooperation between the two countries.
The introductory speeches were followed by a series of interactive lectures aimed at bringing the American market closer to Croatian businessmen.
