With twenty years of extensive work experience in the sales processes of leading companies in Croatia and the region as well as in managerial positions, Mislav Galler is joining Tele2 to fill the position of Chief Sales Officer. He joined the management of Tele2 on 1 October.

Additional growth and investments have always been at the heart of Tele2's business, and since the spring of 2020, it has been enjoying the strong support and synergy of their owner - United Group, the leading provider of telecommunications services and media in the South East Europe. During its 15-year market presence, Tele2 has led a revolution with changes and benefits for all users, and the new reinforcement in the sales team confirms the continuation of strong focus on the development and improvement of the quality of services provided by the company.

Mislav has spent the past ten years in management positions in the telecommunications industry, applying various experiences gained in previous positions, and has participated in numerous transformations of business as well as the telecommunications services themselves. For the past two years, he has worked as the Executive Director of A1 Macedonia, where he has successfully completed the process of transformation and rebranding in that company. It is his experience in the context of business transformation that will significantly contribute to the upcoming period of Tele2's business.

Mislav graduated from the University of Applied Sciences “Baltazar Adam Krčelić” and has attended additional business education at several international business schools, such as Harvard Business School, SingularityU Nordic and INSEAD. In addition to working in leading positions of several successful companies, Mislav especially emphasizes the experience in the implementation of several business platforms and managing the largest projects, such as the introduction of a new CRM system and One Sap ERP solution.
