Today the Group actively manages a portfolio of 45 commercial buildings providing over 715,000 sqm of office and retail space to highly demanding tenants in Poland, Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Zagreb and Sofia. The Group is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. GTC has been active on the Croatian market since 2004 and his since then developed numerous projects including Avenue Mall. Its latest development, the Matrix Office Park, is a state-of-the-art business center consisting of two buildings which in total cover approximately 21,500 sqm of quality office space as well as more than 540 parking places and landscaped areas. The Matrix Office Park is located in the Zagreb business district near the intersection of Slavonska Avenue, Heinzelova and Radnička streets, only minutes from Zagreb’s International airport. During the design and construction of the buildings great care was taken to respect the environment and follow best practices with regard to sustainability and energy efficiency. The fact that both buildings achieved LEED Platinum certification by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is proof that this was achieved at the highest level. LEED Platinum certification provides confirmation by a world-renown organization that the buildings have been developed in the most sustainable manner taking into consideration water consumption, energy efficiency, selection of organic and safe materials, air quality and natural lighting, all of which make the Matrix Office Park an efficient, productive and healthy workspace for its tenants.
