EBRD and CIPE are launching a regional initiative related to good corporate governance and gender diversity on Boards in Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania. In the light of the Women on Boards Directive, recently adopted by EC, we are promoting good corporate practices, benefits of gender-balanced Boards, demonstrating experiences of other EU countries which have already implemented it into national legislation, such as UK and Austria.
