It is dedicated to the business and financial sector, and the theme of the conference is a reflection of the EU-US Summit held on October 2023, and represents a concrete action to include the economy in which are the guidelines outlined in the "EU-US summit conclusions" and relations.

The EU and the US are home to almost 800 million people who have a strong stake in a peaceful and just world. We strive to jointly respect the UN Charter and the multilateral system while ensuring global prosperity and stability. At the 28th United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP28) in Dubai, the EU and the United States urged all other major players, as well as all countries, to take ambitious action towards the goal of dramatically increasing global renewable energy capacity and energy efficiency and reaffirmed their commitment to achieving climate neutrality by 2050. To achieve these goals, all EU countries as well as the US must work together to promote shared values such as peace, freedom, democracy, and the rule of law.

This is precisely why this Conference provides an opportunity to connect the major stakeholders in the economy and consolidate our leadership in response to the urgent global challenge that the climate crisis brings to the economy, which we can only solve TOGETHER.
