The SATR (Salary and Employment Trends) report offers a snapshot of the labor market: salary movements across sectors and regions, employer expectations around hiring and retention, levels of employee turnover, and benefits strategies. While this edition focuses on Croatia, Manpower SEE also conducts this research across Southeast Europe.
The results are shared exclusively with participants to support better workforce planning and company growth.
