Miroslav Holjevac has been with Zagrebačka pivovara since 2000, and before taking up his new position, he was a Member of the Management Board and Sales Director for Croatia and Slovenia. He has extensive business experience, broad sales knowledge, and team leadership skills with a proven track record in and outside the company. As part of the new role, he assumes responsibility for shaping the company's strategy in line with the highest organizational priorities, building strategic partnerships, and bringing everyone together around the ambition to make Zagrebačka pivovara the first choice for employees, customers, and consumers.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, and has perfected his knowledge at the Vlerick Leuven Management School and Antwerp Business School in Belgium.
