New position paper „CHIF Data Exchange and Ethical Conduct Contracts“
American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia has published a new position paper „CHIF Data Exchange and Ethical Conduct Contracts“.
AmCham Croatia has prepared a position paper on the subject of the Data Exchange and Ethical Conduct Contracts of the Croatian Health Insurance Fund, which were received by marketing authorization holders. AmCham believes that the Contracts in question should be withdrawn and that new contracts should be proposed, in cooperation with competent institutions and business entities, that are acceptable to all involved stakeholders.
