At the beginning of the meeting students received a lecture on what AmCham Croatia does, including its public policy, organization of expert committees and task forces, organization of high-level networking events. After the lecture a discussion was facilitated on various economic and political issuers including the business environment in Croatia, conditions for US and other international companies doing business in Croatia, procedure of joining the European monetary union, effects judiciary system has on businesses and importance of the Transatlantic cooperation.

 Within the Academic Program International, students enrolled at the University of Colorado, USA have joined the Education Abroad Program, “Global Seminar: International Business and Management" in Croatia.
