Although the legal obligation to use the seal no longer exists, AmCham members encounter a different practice in their day-to-day business. Therefore, at the initiative of the members of the Trade and Investment Committee, AmCham collected information on regulations and forms that still require the use of seals and sent them to the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development in order to harmonize business practices. The Ministry is currently collecting information from the competent authorities on the implementation of the reform measure to abolish the seal, after which activities of further harmonization of regulations in order to remove the use of the seal from the comprehensive business practice in the Republic of Croatia will follow.
