Bruno joined the company in 2016 as Public Affairs Supervisor for Croatia, with his role extended to the whole business unit in 2018. In 2020, he got promoted to the position of World Without Waste Manager for BU Adria. Bruno has led the setup of packaging waste management in Adria, creating alliances with external stakeholders to deliver on our Mission 2025 sustainable growth and World Without Waste strategy targets by 2030. He enhanced the organization’s focus and knowledge regarding separate collection systems, especially in Slovenia, where he aligned the industry and elevated our contribution to the creation or re-set of the system.

In 2020, Bruno strongly supported the IMCR team in tackling COVID-19 challenges with an emphasis on clear communication and organization. He has also managed internal and external communication during the Costa Coffee launch on the Croatian and Slovenian markets, as part of his development that proved to be very successful in terms of communication results.

Bruno’s extensive expertize and drive for business are an excellent basis and a fuel to steer the Corporate affairs and Sustainability function on Coca-Cola HBC Adria BU success journey.
