Podravka received a new personnel reinforcement. Nataša Mikuš Žigman, former State secretary in the Ministry of Economy and sustainable development, will hold the position of Director of the Business sustainability and green transformation sector. This is a sector that was formed last year, when the company's new organization was introduced, with the purpose of establishing, standardizing and improving the company's business processes and best practices, managing sustainable development and non-financial reporting, as well as identifying the potential for the use of grants, incentives and non-refundable funds.

Mikuš Žigman has held the position of State secretary since 2016. Before that, among others, she was the Director of the Central agency for Financing and Contracting EU programs and projects and Business development manager at the British council for cultural relations. She also held key functions in the Central state office for development strategy and coordination of EU fund and the Ministry of European integration. She built a rich career in state and public service for more than twenty years.

She received her university education at the Faculty of philosophy in Zagreb. Additionally, at the Faculty of economics in Zagreb, she obtained the title of University specialist in the economics of the European Union and, at the British University of Sussex, she obtained a master's degree in contemporary European studies.
