Results of Media Val's (parent company of AmCham member Alpheus Public Affairs) second extensive annual survey on the attitudes, beliefs, fears and expectations of Croatian citizens and key trends arising from the circumstances in which we live and do business for the last year and a half, since the beginning of the pandemic.
The fact is that changes in citizens' behavior and their demands from brands and companies, but also the public sector, require adjustment of some business policies, so findings in this research could be a great starting point and serve as a basis for your planning sustainable business strategies.
The survey was conducted in collaboration with the Ipsos market research agency on a sample of 603 respondents, members of the Ipsos online panel, that represent Internet users from 18 to 60 y/o.
