Fortinet, a global leader in broad, integrated and automated cybersecurity solutions, is organizing 5th edition of Fortinet Security Day event for the most important customers and partners. The event will take place in Dubrovnik at Hotel Neptun on 15th of March 2019, and will consist of one day of plenary sessions and networking.

Around 120 enterprises & medium size companies are expected from Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro. The goal of the event is to illustrate how security must play a key role in any organization’s Digital Transformation journey, but also to share with IT managers, IT directors, CIOs, CSOs, security managers, network administrators the challenges about the modern cybersecurity risks.

This year, the event will be started by Joe Sarno, VP EMEIA with opening remarks. Also, one of the main speakers, Patrick Grillo, Sr. Director International Solutions Marketing at Fortinet, will be introducing the concept of Fortinet’s approach to critical security issues companies face like SDWAN, Cloud and Secure Access. Since security is consistently identified as one of the key obstacles to a successful Digital Transformation (DX), Patrick will explain why it’s important to understand that securing DX efforts cannot be “business as usual”. Security transformation identifies and addresses the key security aspects of DX and introduces the vision of the Fortinet Security Fabric for true Security Transformation. Adrian Danciu, Regional director for SEE will present the business risk and impact security can have to modern enterprises.
