AmCham Talents 2025

Congratulations to the winners of the AmCham Talents Program 2025, as well as to all the Talents who successfully completed the program.

First place and the title of AmCham Talent of the Year 2025 went to Ante Jurič – Roche, second place to Lucia Škalec – E.ON Hrvatska, and third place to Marko Ostojić – Fresenius Kabi.

The program took place from March to December 2025 through a series of 10 events held at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel.

Participants were employees of AmCham member companies, aged between 25 and 35, recognized by their organizations as promising young professionals and future leaders. Over the course of the year, they engaged in a comprehensive program of lectures, discussions, networking activities, and team and individual work that supported their development of key leadership and business skills.
