Executive Director

Andrea Doko Jelušić

Andrea joined AmCham Croatia as Executive Director in 2010. Before that, she worked as a manager of several export markets in the pharmaceutical industry (Pliva/Teva Group). She spent 15 years in the telecommunications sector as a manager and executive director for customer experience and processes in several successful startups (Vipnet, Metronet, H1), introducing Croatia’s first CRM, customer intelligence, and marketing automation projects back in 2001. Andrea holds a degree in Marketing and an MBA/MSc from the University of Zagreb. Currently she is a PHD Candidate at the Doctoral Study: Business Economics in the Digital Environment. She also completed the Economic Diplomacy Program of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs and the London School of Public Relations.

Office Manager

Marina Vugrin

Marina has been with AmCham since the very beginning of the chamber's work in 1999. AmCham was her first job and she started as a volunteer - office assistant, providing administrative support to the management team. With the development of AmCham, she participated in almost all of the activities, from the coordination of the advocacy Committees to the organization of events, finances, editing AmCham's publications, which gained her valuable experience with a wide range of work. Today, as the Office Manager, she is focused on administration and finances.

Policy Director

Dražen Malbašić

Dražen leads AmCham’s Policy Team. In this role he leads efforts to advocate for a business-friendly environment in Croatia and addresses key economic policy issues affecting AmCham's members. Prior to joining AmCham in 2017, Dražen worked for the EU Special Representative to BiH in Sarajevo, and the European Parliament in Brussels. Dražen holds Maters Degree in Economics from Faculty of Economics & Business Zagreb.

Member Relations Manager

Jasna Stilinović

Jasna Stilinović has been the member relations manager since 2019. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and PR, she was also a member of the board of IBM Croatia and General Motors for Chevrolet CEE for 25 countries. She won awards from journalist associations and the GM CEE Employee of the Year. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb, completed a one-year postgraduate IBM marketing program in Great Britain in cooperation with The Chartered Institute of Marketing, and a whole series of other programs.

Marketing Specialist

Sandra Bartol

.Sandra joined AmCham Croatia in August 2025 as Marketing Specialist. In this role, she contributes to the development and implementation of marketing and communication activities, event organization, and strengthening relationships with members and partners. She focuses on AmCham’s strategic positioning and visibility within the business community.
Before joining AmCham, Sandra worked in the consulting industry on international projects in the field of digital transformation and regulatory reform. She also gained professional experience in Brussels, within the EU institutional framework – the European Commission and the Council of the EU – where she worked on shaping national negotiation positions, producing strategic policy analysis, and coordinating preparations for the European Council and Council of the EU meetings.
Sandra holds a Master’s degree in European-American Studies from the University of Regensburg, Germany, and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Zagreb.
 

Policy Officer

Tomislav Vidović

Tomislav joined AmCham Croatia in March 2024 as Policy Officer. In his role, he is responsible for coordinating the work of committees and task forces, and designing and implementing AmCham’s policy initiatives. Before joining AmCham, he spent almost 5 years at a lobbying and government relations agency, where he gained valuable experience in the field of public policy. During his studies, he further developed his skills through work in consulting, the insurance industry, civil society organizations, and retail.

He holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, and a Diploma in Public Relations and Reputation Management from the London School of PR in Croatia.

Public Affairs Officer

Vanja Bačun

Vanja joined AmCham Croatia in February 2025 as Public Affairs Officer. In her role, she leads the communication activities of AmCham’s committees and organizes conferences and events related to the public policy work. Prior to joining AmCham, she worked as a project manager on the preparation and implementation of international and EU-funded projects in consultancy firms in Denmark, Belgium, and Croatia. In 2023, she completed a Bluebook traineeship at the Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy of the European Commission (DG REGIO).

Vanja holds a master’s degree in European Studies and International Development from Aalborg University in Denmark, and a bachelor’s degree in international relations and diplomacy from Zagreb.

Office Administrator

Petra Mihovec

Petra joined AmCham Croatia in April 2025 as Office Administrator. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of office operations, performing administrative and organizational tasks, and supporting the team through effective internal communication. She holds a Master's degree in Political Science with a specialization in National Security from the Faculty of Political Science in Zagreb. During her studies, she gained work experience through jobs in administration and sales.
