AmCham Power Breakfast with Mr. Tomislav Ćorić, Minister of Labor and Pension System

American Chamber of Commerce organized the Power Breakfast with the guest speaker Mr. Tomislav Ćorić, Minister of Labor and Pension System.

Mr. Ćorić gave a presentation on the challenges and perspectives of the labor market in Croatia with special focus on youth. Minister explained the Active Employment Measures of the Government which include incentives for newly employed, specialization of already employed and self-employment. The important novelty is the possibility of combining multiple measures resulting in a stronger facilitation of employment measures. Active Employment Measures are not only aimed as a short-term solution, but rather a basis for creating a healthy labor system.
