Nataša Rapaić assumed the role of CEO of Hrvatski Telekom in July 2024, becoming the first leader in the company’s history to be appointed to this position from within the organization. Prior to that, she served for more than a decade as a Member of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer Residential, where she was responsible for sales, marketing, customer and technical services for the residential segment.

During her career at Hrvatski Telekom, the company has undergone a significant transformation into a digital company recognized for delivering outstanding customer experience through innovative products and services and a best-in-class network, further strengthening its position as the market leader and one of the most trusted telecom brands in Croatia.

Before joining the HT Group in 2003, Nataša Rapaić worked as an economic analyst at the Economic Office of the Embassy of Spain, as a financial analyst at the investment department of the bank Grupo Caixa Galicia, and as a consultant at Europraxis Consulting in Madrid, working on projects for Telefónica Móviles.

She holds a degree from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and an MBA in Business Management from IE Business School in Madrid.

In her lecture, Nataša Rapaić will share perspectives on leadership in a time of rapid technological change and discuss how organizations and leaders are adapting to an increasingly digital business landscape.
