AmCham Talents - Grand Finale: Competition for AmCham Talent of the Year

With the final event held at Esplanade Zagreb Hotel, the 13th generation of the AmCham Talents program was successfully brought to a close. The finale brought together participants, mentors, partners, and members of the business community, marking the conclusion of several months of learning, mentoring, and professional development.

Among more than 110 program participants, three finalists particularly stood out for the quality of their ideas, clarity of presentation, and demonstrated leadership potential. Based on the final presentations and the decision of the judging panel, the winners of AmCham Talents 2025 were announced.

The top titles of the AmCham Talents 2025 program were awarded as follows:

• 1st place – Ante Jurič, Roche
• 2nd place – Lucia Škalec, E.ON Hrvatska
• 3rd place – Marko Ostojić, Fresenius Kabi
