AmCham Talents - Prerequisites for Successful Strategy
The fifth lecture of the AmCham Talents 2026 program will be delivered by Daniel Lenardić, Partner and Management Board Member at KPMG, an experienced business advisor whose work has long been focused on helping organizations strengthen strategy, performance, and operational effectiveness.
With more than 25 years of experience in business consulting, Daniel Lenardić is responsible for advisory services across the KPMG Adria region. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous projects in the areas of business planning, operational and market analysis, investment studies, reorganization and restructuring, operational efficiency improvement, business process optimization, and the development of modern digital channels, IT systems, and business and operational data analytics for leading private and public sector organizations in the region.
Daniel Lenardić holds an engineering degree, a master’s degree, and a PhD from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, where he also completed a postgraduate program in business management. In addition, he completed an MBA program at the University of Edinburgh and at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris.
His professional background combines deep analytical expertise with a strong understanding of how organizations translate strategic ambitions into operational reality. Through his work with complex systems and transformation projects, he has developed a broad perspective on what enables strategy not only to be defined, but also successfully executed.
In his lecture, Daniel Lenardić will share insights into the prerequisites of successful strategy, with a focus on the conditions that allow organizations to turn strategic direction into measurable results and long-term business value.
