AmCham Talents: Building an effective team
The sixth lecture of this year’s AmCham Talents 2025 program was delivered by Tanja Pureta, Master of Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology Specialist, certified NLP Trainer and HNLP Coach, and General Manager of Ramiro Ltd.
With extensive international experience gained at Pliva JSC and IBM Croatia, and over two decades of consulting broad range of clients in organizational development and human resources management, Tanja Pureta is a recognized expert in leadership, team development, and applied psychology. Her excellence has been acknowledged with the Primus Award for Business Consultant of the Year in 2011 and the Marulić Award in 2014 for distinguished contributions to applied psychology.
In her inspiring lecture, “Building an Effective Team,” Tanja Pureta guided participants through the dynamics of team formation, the different phases of team development, and the critical role of engagement, values, and collaboration in achieving lasting success. Using practical examples and interactive discussions, she demonstrated how leaders and team members alike can generate productive energy, navigate conflicts, and transform groups into high-performing, purpose-driven teams.
