Dario Bodulica assumed the role of President of the Management Board of Carlsberg Croatia Group on 1 January 2025, taking responsibility for the company’s operations across Croatia, Slovenia, and Hungary. He is also the first Croatian national to lead Carlsberg Croatia Group, part of the global Carlsberg Group, one of the world’s leading brewing companies headquartered in Denmark.

He joined Carlsberg in 2012 and has since held a series of key commercial and leadership roles. He began as Sales Manager for Northwest Croatia, then advanced to Director of the Continental Croatia Business Unit, becoming a member of the management team. In 2018, he was appointed Sales Director for Croatia, and in 2022 his responsibilities were expanded to include the Slovenian market as well. In these roles, he led the overall sales organization, including commercial strategy, channel marketing, and business development, making a significant contribution to strengthening the company’s market position and driving sustainable growth.

Before joining Carlsberg, Dario Bodulica gained hands-on experience in the HoReCa sector, before taking on leadership roles in the wood industry, where he served as Head of Sales and Procurator.

Under his leadership, Carlsberg Croatia Group continues to focus on strengthening its premium and local brand portfolio, driving innovation, and creating long-term value across the region.

In his lecture, Dario Bodulica will share his perspective on how traditional industries adapt to changing market expectations, evolving consumer behavior, and new business realities, as well as on the role of leadership in navigating transformation while preserving long-term business strength.
