At the Assembly report on the activities of AmCham as well as the financial report were presented and approved, and members have elected four members of the AmCham Board of Governors:

Secretary-Treasurer: Boris Petrušić, Oracle Hrvatska d.o.o.
Untitled governors: Igor Grdić, Vertiv Croatia d.o.o. and Sandra Velasco, Novartis Hrvatska d.o.o.
