Annual General Assembly

During the Assembly an election will be held for the following positions of the AmCham Board of Governors, which become vacant this year: First Vice President, Second Vice President and one Untitled Governor.

We need a quorum (25% of membership) present for a legitimate Board of Governors elections and we would certainly like to see as many AmCham member companies as possible participating in each and every Annual General Assembly. Every member company should be represented by one authorized person.
