Boardroom Discussions - Business Transformation of Mature Company

At the fourth session of the “Boardroom Discussions – Digital Transformation from CEO Perspective” program, Mr Marko Ćosić, Member of the Management Board, HEP, talked about challenges Hrvatska elektroprivreda (HEP) is facing on their path to digitalization.

Digital transformation is a challenge for any company, in particular for large, mature companies with strong organizational culture and complex technological infrastructure.

Participants of this sessions discussed and shared their experiences and recommendations on the process of digitalization.
