Boardroom Discussions - How to Address Organisational Behaviour in Digital Transformation - Best Practices
At the third session of award winning program the keynote speaker was Zsolt Guzsvany, Managing Director, Kyndryl Croatia.
Technology has infused all areas in our organisations, no matter the industry or size, while sustainable business growth remains a priority. The digital transformation journey can be bumpy and the results may not always be the ones initially intended.
Our experience, doubled by findings of various independent analysts (McKinsey, IDC), shows that while embracing the technological aspects of the transformation, addressing the human part of this quest proves key to help avoid further risks and delays.
Technology might initially induce anxiety, fears of losing jobs, uncertainty etc. Moreover, people tend to focus on daily operational tasks, in complex internal processes, with negative direct impact on innovation and delivering on customers’ expectations. Thus, properly addressing V.U.C.A. (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) has direct impact on the transformation’s success and resulted efficiency.
At the session we shared hands-on experiences in transformation projects in various industries and engaged in discussions on how to optimize our journeys.
