Boardroom Discussions: Ivan Vidaković & Davor Tremac, Transforming Business Models

AmCham is continuing with the “Boardroom Discussions – Digital Transformation from CEO Perspective” program.

On the second session of the program, our keynote speakers, Ivan Vidaković (Digital Transformation Director, CEE Multi-Country Europe, Microsoft) and Davor Tremac (General Manager SEE, UBER) gave a brief introduction on Transforming Business Models - evolving the boundaries and activities of the company which was followed by a discussions and exchange of ideas.

Boardroom Discussions program is targeting CEO’s, Board Members and General Managers of AmCham member companies interested to hear from IT leaders and top management consulting companies as well as peers from different industries about digital transformation trends and operational steps.
