Due to the effects on the environment and more economic management of limited resources, the efforts to modernize mobility and traffic in Europe put e-mobility in focus more than ever before. The share of charging stations as well as electrical vehicles is continuously growing and is a clear indicator of the future of mobility. Following European trends and the need to connect Croatia with the rest of Europe, it is important to build charging stations infrastructure and find the ways that would enable higher share of plug-in hybrid and electric vehicles in Croatia.
