ESG Member Seminar - Recent Updates to EU Taxonomy

The seminar was held by Ms. Amorella Horvat Topić, Senior Manager for ESG Services at PwC Croatia.

The participants had the opportunity to hear an overview of the latest updates to the EU Taxonomy introduced as part of the regulatory simplification under the Omnibus Package 2025., with a particular focus on:

• Materiality threshold (10%) – exemption from the assessment of Taxonomy eligibility and alignment for non-material activities below 10% of revenue, CAPEX, or OPEX.
• Simplified DNSH criteria and adjustments to technical screening criteria.
• Reduced data requirements and shorter reporting templates, helping to lower the administrative burden for companies.
