How to Transform Leadership in Organizations

At the workshop on leadership transformation, participants explored why organizational transformation is not possible without changes in leadership and leadership development.

Through an interactive discussion and practical business examples, participants examined how leadership shapes organizational culture, decision-making, and an organization’s ability to adapt and grow.

The workshop also addressed the most common obstacles to successfully implementing leadership transformation within organizations. Participants were introduced to a practical framework based on four pillars of leadership strength: mindset, competencies, systems, and vision.

The workshop was led by Alan Žepec from LQ, who shared insights from his extensive entrepreneurial and consulting experience on developing conscious, stable, and mature leadership within organizations.
