Launching the 14th Generation of the AmCham Talents Program
The American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia launched the 14th generation of the AmCham Talents program, one of the most recognized programs for the development of young business leaders in Croatia. The program officially began with an introductory event and speed networking session held at the Esplanade Zagreb Hotel.
AmCham Talents brings together promising young professionals from member companies who have been recognized by their organizations as future leaders and drivers of business development. The program runs from March to December and includes 10 events, featuring lectures by leading business executives, networking opportunities, and both team and individual assignments.
During the opening event, participants had the opportunity to meet one another through a dynamic speed networking format, designed to facilitate quick introductions and the exchange of ideas among professionals from different industries. The session also provided an overview of the program structure, expectations, and activities planned for the year ahead.
Over the coming months, participants will engage in discussions and lectures with prominent business leaders from a variety of sectors, gaining valuable insights into key challenges and opportunities shaping today’s business environment. The program will conclude in December with the final event and the selection of the AmCham Talent of the Year, when the three top-ranked participants will present their ideas and take part in a final debate.
The first lecture of the program will take place on March 19, featuring Nataša Rapaić, President of the Management Board and Chief Operating Officer of Hrvatski Telekom, who will speak on the topic “AI and the Future of Leadership.”
The new generation of AmCham Talents has thus embarked on a ten-month journey of learning, exchange of ideas, and networking among young professionals who will help shape the future of business in Croatia.
