Christian Dekoninck is a Senior Associate at MCE with over 30 years of senior leadership experience, mainly in European retail banking, including executive roles at Citibank, Citi Handlowy and Kredyt Bank. He has led large branch networks, call centers and sales organizations through accelerated transformation, strategic growth, and sustained performance improvement. At MCE, Christian designs and delivers highly practical programs on strategy, leadership, change and communication — equipping leaders with direct, usable tools that make a real difference back on the job.
