Krešimir Lipovšćak is a Partner and co-founder of Crowe in Croatia and Slovenia. With extensive experience serving domestic and multinational clients, his expertise spans tax audits, restructuring, due diligence, cross-border transactions, and more. He is also actively involved in various humanitarian organizations and foundations, showcasing his commitment to the community.

Ana Leko is a Senior Manager at Crowe Croatia with over ten years of experience providing services to both domestic and international clients. She specializes in transfer pricing and international taxation, having further enhanced her expertise at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law in Vienna. Additionally, she has participated in restructuring and due diligence projects, as well as advised clients on multi-country transfer pricing policies.
