Novelties in Intellectual Property Protection

We are pleased to announce Ms. Ljiljana Kuterovac, Director General of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO), as the guest speaker. The meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 9:30 to 11:00 hours, at the AmCham office (Strojarska cesta 22, 10th floor).

The goal of the event is to familiarize members with the latest changes in the legislative framework and trends in intellectual property protection practices.

Representatives of the SIPO will give an introductory presentation covering the following topics:

• Recent developments in the legislative framework for intellectual property protection in Croatia and the EU
• Intellectual property protection in the digital environment
• The role of mediation in resolving intellectual property disputes

After the presentation, a discussion with AmCham members is planned, focusing on the exchange of experiences and proposals.

This event is exclusively intended for AmCham members and participation is free of charge.The official language of the event is Croatian. The number of seats is limited, and the registration will be based on a first-come, first-served basis.
