Power Breakfast - Fiscalization 2.0

The Fiscalization Act is entering into force on 1 January 2026, marking the start of the application of the Fiscalization 2.0 system. The new system brings significant changes to tax reporting, business processes, and corporate regulatory compliance.

The event will enable representatives of the business community to gain an in-depth understanding of legislative changes and the practical implications of Fiscalization 2.0, so they can adapt their internal systems, processes, and IT solutions in time.

Experts from the Tax Administration working on the system’s implementation will present:

• the latest information on the application of Fiscalization 2.0,
• key obligations for the business community,
• changes related to reporting, posting, and data transmission,
• technical and operational requirements for implementation.

After the presentation, there will be a Q&A session where participants will have the opportunity to ask the regulator specific operational questions to ensure the best possible adaptation.
