The topic of the webinar was the impact of the current pandemic on existing contracts with contracting authorities and public procurement procedures in relation to the existing legislative framework.
Some of the topics that were discussed referred to the use of the negotiated procedure without prior invitation to tender; cancellation of the procurement procedure due to unforeseen circumstances; a request for approval of the continuation of the public procurement procedure or the conclusion of a public procurement contract; and modification and termination of public procurement contracts due to changed circumstances.
