Supervisory and Management board's responsibilities in light of Covid-19 crisis

At this webinar we presented, in a user-friendly manner, checklist of the key business and legal-related issues the companies should focus and consider in respect of Covid-19 crises, such as the role and responsibilities of the Supervisory and Management Board members with a special focus on the aspects of their overall personal liability and particularly whether they can be held liable for company’s poor financial results.
