The topic of the workshop was “Changes to public procurement contracts and legal protection in the public procurement system - with practical examples“
Additional topics that were covered at the workshop include:
-Frequency of administrative supervision, scope (number of entities subject to supervision), most frequent irregularities found, number of misdemeanor proceedings initiated
-Changes to the procurement contracts and framework agreements in practice
-Current DKOM practice by stages of procedure
-The most frequent mistakes of contracting authorities and bidders in public procurement procedures
-Uniformity of MINGO and DKOM advisory practices
-Mechanisms to challenge illegally concluded contract modifications
The workshop was intended for AmCham members. Working language was Croatian. Persons with a valid certificate in the Public Procurement received points for certificate renewal.
