Workshop in Public Procurement

American Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development organized a training workshop in Public Procurement on the topic "Novelties in public procurement and recent practice of High Administrative Court of Republic of Croatia".

Additional topics included:
- Novelties in public procurement - Amendments to the Ordinance on procurement documentation and bidding in public procurement procedures (1 hour)
- Recent practices of High Administrative Court of the Republic of Croatia in relation to the DKOM Decisions (3 hours)

The lecturer at the workshop was Mr. Anton Tomljanović from the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development.

The workshop was organized virtually and it was intended for AmCham members.
