Bagatin Academy – 5th Module of Soft Skill Education for Health Professionals

On Saturday, April 22nd, more than 100 medical professionals gathered at six parallel workshops in fifth module of Bagatin Academy. Health professionals are thrilled with this modern way of growing and learning in the field of soft skills. Once again some of the best Croatian coaches and trainers – Jasmin Ibrahimović, Fran Mikuličić, Tihana Dragičević, Marija Kalinić, Ana-Marija Vidjak and Martina Stažnik filled Hotel Sheraton with positive energy, new ideas, good time and very important soft skill experience.

The names and institutions that supported Bagatin Academy from the very beginning and participated in its fifth module indicate the importance of this project - President of Croatian Republic, Croatian Medical Chamber, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia, Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists, and the Croatian Nursing Council. Croatian Medical Chamber supported this module by awarding 15 points for active and 11 points for passive participants, Croatian Nursing council with 6 and 11 points and Croatian Chamber of Pharmacists supported the fourth module with 1,5 points.

Top trainers gathered in one place to educate medical professionals on the topics of leadership, communication, client types, feedback and team work and will continue to do so in the next module on May 27th .We are looking forward to host another group of medical professionals.
