Comments on the Public Procurement Act 2025

The Ministry of Economy has opened a public consultation on the Draft Proposal of the Amendments to the Public Procurement Act on the e-Consultation portal, which will remain open for comments until November 15, 2025.

In addition to a range of long-standing recommendations that the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia has regarding amendments to the Public Procurement Act, members of the AmCham's Public Procurement Committee have prepared additional comments, included in this position paper.

AmCham welcomes the proposed solutions that align with the Chamber’s previously stated positions and needs of the business community, and will continue to actively monitor the process of amending the Public Procurement Act.
