Iris Ernst, new Partner in Crowe Croatia
Audit-consulting company Crowe Croatia has strengthened its team with a new Partner, Iris Ernst, who will take on a key role in the further development of Deal Advisory services.
Iris brings more than two decades of experience in M&A transactional services, with expertise in the areas of due diligence, SPA advisory, restructuring and post-deal integration.
During her career, Iris has participated in and led more than 300 due diligence projects on both buy-side and sell-side across Croatia, the wider CEE region, Central Asia, Russia, and the Caucasus, for both PE and strategic buyers, with deal values of up to US$2.4 billion.
